Our requirements

Technical Consultants

At least 10 years working in the IT industry some of which must have been in customer facing roles. Our technical consultants must be able to demonstrate expertise in their specialist field as well as a wide range of technical knowledge and business processes. Our Technical consultants must also be able to show good communication, presentation and customer care skills

Technical Staff

At least 5 years working in the IT industry some of which must have been in customer facing support roles, our technical staff must be able to demonstrate a wide range of technical knowledge, good communication, and customer care skills

Administration Staff

System administration, help desk operators and office administration staff play a key role in our service to our customers. We look for good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask

Website development

Our web design team includes a mix of freelance and in-house designers, programmers and artists. If you are a talented web designer or graphics artist, send us a portfolio of your work
